The Position

Requirements:
Looking for a Energetic and Reliable Worker with valid CPR Background Check, and Drivers License Required. Preferably Female but not required. In Azle, Texas. Payday is every 2 weeks via Direct Deposit. Tentative Schedule Sunday through Thursday 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm Flexible schedule if needed. Have references from my current attendant if needed. Description:
Attendant Care Worker for a male confined in a wheelchair in his 50's. Work is in-home one on one, no lifting. Taking care of family dog. Tasks and duties may include depending on shift:

Escort:
Accompanying client on trips to obtain health care services, household items and/or recreation. Must be able to drive a full size Van.

Home Management:
Changing Bed Linens
Shopping
Storing Purchased Items
House Cleaning
Arranging Furniture
Laundering
Washing Dishes
Sweeping and Mopping
Vacuuming and Dusting

Personal Care:
Bathing
Toileting
Dressing/Undressing
Transfer/Positioning
Preparing Meals
Helping to eat/drink
Personal Hygiene
Exercising/ROM
Caring for routine hair and skin needs
Grooming/Nail Care
Taking self-administered medications
Some Light to Medium Lifting Required (less than 20 pounds).

Skilled Health-Related Services:
Changing Sterile Dressings
Administration of oral medications

History:
Male has been confined in a wheelchair since the age of 12 and sufferers from Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since age of 2.
